Happy Accident is proud to announce a monthly residency at the new Proud Galleries, launching on Sunday 6th April 2008. Come and join Daisy Quin and Anne Kapranos this Sunday to sing along to a live band with Rockaoke, dance to best new electro with guest DJs Stunners International and Death Can Dance, and indulge in some healthy competition and dirty tricks with Giant 5-aside football.
Taking over the whole 700 capacity venue, Happy Accident, like church, welcomes all by providing chilled out booths for those who have partied too hard, a dancefloor for those who want to keep going and a games room for the clear-headed.
Happy Accident will be hosting new and established bands, big name DJs, team games and quizzes with special guest hosts with April featuring fantastic bands such as The Rakes unmissable events like Jodie Harsh’s Quiz Night and DJ Swerve’s mixing school, as well as regular fixtures like Anne and Daisy’s Request Hour, Rockaoke and the hot hot resident DJs Stunners International.
Proud’s new booths are ideal for groups of friends wanting a relaxed Sunday afternoon. Order your favourite food, watch DVDs, pre-order Sunday papers and catch the big game – all in the unique surroundings of Camden’s favourite venue and under the watchful eyes of your favourite hosts.
Happy Accident at Proud will be the answer to sad Sundays of hangovers, boring family events and the dreaded thought of Monday.
